Shipping
Every murti and artifact is inspected, blessed with care, and packed in cushioned, temple-safe packaging before dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Returns & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged in transit, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the item, and we will send a free replacement within 7 days.
Because each piece is handcrafted and sanctified, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on customised or consecrated items. For everything else, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
